FREE Shipping and Handling

All orders over $30 within the United States ship via ground delivery FREE, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Orders under $30 are subject to $9.99 shipping fee. Other countries and territories are subject to additional charges. All orders must be processed before being shipped.

Shipping Options

Ground Shipping

Orders ship in 5 business days; FedEx and USPS deliver on Saturdays. Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes and APOs/FPOs are not permissible. With the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, orders under $30 within the United States ship via ground service for only $9.99.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available M-F during business hours, and cannot be refunded if an item is returned. Additional charges for expedited shipping apply. Most orders will arrive in 1 day, though this is dependent upon the postal system.

With the exception of the Air Delivery Service, shipments are not delivered on weekends. Please note that KnobKing.com only ships after processing your order.

Processing & Tracking

KnobKing.com provides customers with a tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours of your product's shipment. Orders process during business hours. KnobKing.com will alert you once your item has been processed and shipped. Please check the email that you signed up with to access your number code.

Back Orders

Sometimes we sell out of items very quickly. If your order is sold out, or too low in stock, we provide multiple options:

  • Select a replacement
  • Receive a portion of your order (what we currently have in inventory) with a refund for what we are unable to send
  • Wait for the backorder - your order is prioritized
  • Receive a full refund
